About Jared
Jared focuses his practice on business litigation and business law, representing companies, business owners, and professionals in a wide range of commercial matters. His experience includes contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, securities disputes, construction law, real estate disputes, and appellate matters in state and federal court. In addition, he advises clients on corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, governance issues, and contract drafting.
Jared earned his law degree from Texas A&M University in Fort Worth, Texas. Prior to practicing law, he developed an extensive background in oil and gas environmental compliance and regulatory work, giving him a practical understanding of regulated industries and operational risk that he brings to his legal practice.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his wife and young children on their small homestead, where they raise chickens, honeybees, and miniature donkeys.
